Joshua Straub, Ph.D. loves being a husband and father. Beyond an identity in what he does, Josh prioritizes who he is—doing his best to live from his true self, an ongoing journey that includes a tight-knit faith community, therapy, coaching, and staying fit. Separate from who he is, Josh is a speaker, author, marriage and leadership coach, and a podcast cohost. He and his wife Christi host the Famous at Home podcastwhich has accrued over 6 million downloads.

He and his wife, Christi, also founded and lead The Straub Co. (dba Famous at Home), a coaching organization equipping leaders and corporations in emotional intelligence and healthy family systems. Josh is also a Fellow of the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling.

Josh enjoys coaching executive leaders, entrepreneurs, entertainers, professional athletes, and non-profit organizational leaders. He also speaks regularly for Joint Special Operations Command and serves military families across the country.

Josh is author/ coauthor of seven books including Safe House: How Emotional Safety is the Key to Raising Kids Who Live, Love, and Lead Well & Famous at Home: 7 Decisions to Putting Your Family Center Stage in a World Competing for Your Time Attention and Identity. He and his wife, Christi, have co-written five children’s books to help parents foster emotional awareness in kids.

Together they live on a small homestead outside Nashville, TN with their three children.
